- Review of your progress with the lifestyle changes you have started making
- Support with the lifestyle changes you would like to make
- Motivational discussions
- Recipe and meal ideas
- Progression towards long term dietary changes
‘Keep on track’ weight loss review £20
Suitable for those wishing to lose weight who would like quick, individualised, motivational support for the long term. To include:
- 15 minute face-to-face, skype or telephone consultation
- Review of progress to date
- Motivational support
- Monitoring of weight and/or waist circumference
- Menu planning, recipe and meal ideas to keep you ‘on track’
