There are so many things to juggle when feeding a family.  There are your own food preferences, those of your partner and those of your children.  When planning meals, considerations might be; did the children eat at school or nursery? Does your partner’s meal need to be reheated because he/she is late home? How much time do you have to cook in the week?  Do your healthy meals get rejected? Or do you all eat differently so you’re spending hours in the kitchen?  Whatever your need, I can work with you to teach, guide and support you in creating your own meal plans to suit the needs of your family. 

I prefer to work with you for at least two appointments because it gives me the chance to ‘check in’ with how you’re getting on and you the chance to ask any questions following our initial consultation.

The first initial session includes:

  • 60 minutes of us talking together online, by telephone or in person
  • My pre-appointment preparation following return of your health questionnaire and food diary
  • My post consultation personalised report with any relevant resources, links, recipes specific to you.

plus one 30 minute follow up which includes:

  • Review of your progress with the dietary and lifestyle changes you have started making
  • Support with the lifestyle changes you would like to make
  • Motivational discussions where appropriate
  • Recipe and meal ideas
  • Progression towards long term dietary changes.

£150 for two appointments.  Further follow on sessions also available.
