It’s so important to follow a healthy balanced diet most of the time to ensure your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function properly.  But what does that mean? How much red meat should we have each week? How much fish? Is it 5 or 10 portions of fruit and vegetables or should we all be eating a plant-based diet?  Do we need extra vitamins and minerals in the form of supplements?

It is very confusing to know what the best thing to do is and often in our search for perfection we miss out on key nutrients and overload on others.  Or, we end up miserable because we’re eating foods we don’t really like but believe they’re good for us.

I can cut through all the media hype and offer you practical, evidence-based nutrition advice that will help you achieve the balance that is right for you!

I prefer to work with you for at least two appointments because it gives me the chance to ‘check in’ with how you’re getting on and you the chance to ask any questions following our initial consultation.

The first initial session includes:

  • 60 minutes of us talking together online, by telephone or in person
  • My pre-appointment preparation following return of your health questionnaire and food diary
  • My post consultation personalised report with any relevant resource, links, recipes specific to you.

plus, one 30 minute follow up which includes:

  • Review of your progress with the dietary and lifestyle changes you have started making
  • Support with the lifestyle changes you would like to make
  • Motivational discussions where appropriate
  • Recipe and meal ideas
  • Progression towards long term dietary changes.

£150 for two appointments.  Individual consultations and further follow on sessions also available.
