I prefer to work with you for at least two appointments because it gives me the chance to ‘check in’ with how you’re getting on and you the chance to ask any questions following our initial consultation.
The first initial session includes:
60 minutes of us talking together online, by telephone or in person
My pre-appointment preparation following return of your health questionnaire and food diary
My post consultation personalised report with any relevant resources, links or recipes specific to you.
plus, one 30 minute follow up which includes:
Review of your progress with the dietary and lifestyle changes you have started making
Support with the lifestyle changes you would like to make
Motivational discussions where appropriate
Recipe and meal ideas
Progression towards long term dietary changes.
